➸ FIRST HAPPENING

During the first week of classes, students will have noticed that it's getting progressively harder and harder to sleep due to the loud banging noises coming from the attic. However, any attempt at actually going up there and investigating will be fruitless; the attics of both dormitories will appear empty, and the sound will stop as soon as they enter and resume as soon as they leave. House parents might attempt to explain the noises as air knocking in the pipes or the building settling, but it's very clear that this isn't the case.
The weather this week has been beautiful and mild, with leaves turning from red to gold and falling gracefully to the ground. The lunch ladies seem to be in a good mood and have been serving delicious, warm shepherd's pies and other such filling autumn meals all week.
